Refunds

A downloaded file cannot be given back, so sales are final as a rule.

That rule has an obvious exception. If a chart is wrong, will not open, is unreadable, or is simply not what the page described, that is our mistake. Tell us and we will fix the file or refund you — whichever you would rather.

If you bought the same pattern twice by accident, say so and we will refund one.
